Health Data: Lung function measurements, including Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF), Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second (FEV1), Forced Vital Capacity (FVC), and related respiratory metrics generated through the use of the device and app.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide lung function monitoring and respiratory health tracking
- Generate health insights and trend analysis
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Ensure system security and prevent unauthorized access
3. Sharing of Information
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third parties
- We may share data with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting providers) strictly for app operation
- Any sharing for medical, research, or analytics purposes will only occur with your consent and after appropriate anonymization

6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app:
- Go to “Profile” or “My Account”
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm your request
All personal and health data will be permanently deleted from our systems. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
7. Children’s Privacy
BreatheWell+ is not intended for children under the age of 13. Children aged 5–12 may use the App only under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8. International Users
By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored in countries outside your residence, where data protection laws may differ.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy in the App.
